European cars since 2002, from routine maintenance through to deep mechanical work, plus technical support for independent Porsche and BMW racing teams. Race cars taught one thing above all: the diagnosis has to be right the first time, because there is no second weekend to try again.
Routine service, software and hardware work, or an in-depth repair to bring a car back. The same approach to all of it: measure first, then decide, then do the job to the factory procedure.
Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Volvo and VW, and Sprinter vans. The factory service schedule is the baseline, with the known weak points of each model checked at the same visit, because that is cheaper than finding them later.
